Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Place the item in its original designer packaging, ensuring all authenticity cards, dust bags, and Sellier security tags are attached and undamaged.

  Complimentary Collection

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and schedule a collection with our preferred courier or drop it off at a designated luxury service point.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition and authenticity tags, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
